About New Phase Electric
California Licensed C10 Electrical ContractorSame-Day Response, GuaranteedPermits, Inspections & SDG&E HandledWe Started This Company Because We Knew We Could Do It Better.
Brandon spent his career as a lineman working all over San Diego. Working alongside electricians every day, he saw the good and the bad: jobs that dragged on, inspections that failed, homeowners left in the dark. He kept thinking the same thing: I know how to do this better. So he got his C10 electrical contractor license — not to leave his lineman work behind, but to build on it. When Brandon shows up to your home, he already knows the process, and exactly what it takes to get a job approved. That's not something most electricians can say.
Brittany brings a different kind of expertise. As a San Diego realtor, she's sat across from buyers staring at inspection reports flagging outdated panels and talked to sellers whose insurance was being canceled over electrical issues they didn't even know about. She's seen what happens when this stuff isn't handled well — and she joined New Phase Electric to make sure it is. Brittany runs the business side: estimates, scheduling, and the client experience from first call to final invoice. She's a people person, and it shows.
Together, they're a husband and wife team who built this company because they genuinely wanted to do it right — for their community, and for their family.
We’re A Team You Can Actually Trust.
We bid every job together. We show up together. We're proud to be a husband-and-wife team, and we treat every project like it's our own home on the line — because we know what it's like to be on the other side of that.
A few things about us beyond the business:
We're a blended family of six — two boys, two girls, a whole lot of chaos, and we love every minute of it.
We invest in real estate ourselves. We buy homes, fix them up, and rent them out — so we genuinely understand what it means to protect a property.
We love to travel and squeeze as much adventure into life as we can.
The New Phase Electric Difference
We pride ourselves on doing things differently.
✔ We handle everything, start to finish. A lot of electrical companies will do the work — but leave you to figure out the permits, the SDG&E scheduling, and the inspection process on your own. We don't do that. We pull the permits, coordinate with SDG&E, meet with inspectors, and see the job through to completion. You hire us, and we handle the rest.
✔ We Speak SDG&E's Language Our team works alongside SDG&E daily, which means we know exactly what they need to approve your job fast. That relationship means jobs move faster, communication is clearer, and there are far fewer surprises along the way.
✔ Communication is a core value, not an afterthought. We know that electrical work can feel overwhelming, especially when insurance is involved or you're staring down a failed inspection. We make it a point to keep you in the loop at every step. You'll always know what's happening, what's next, and when to expect us.
